JOB DESCRIPTION OF A CUSTOMER SERVICE CONSULTANT FOR SPA OUTLET
• Answering phone calls
• Make appointments for new and regular customers
• Record in new appointments, rescheduling or cancellation in the appointment schedule
• Make phone calls or sms/whatsapp reminders for the following day’s appointments
• Assist to check-in and verify customers’ personal particulars
• Assist to ask customers to complete an on-line customer feedback survey upon completion of treatment
• Familiar with spa promotions, treatments and T&Cs
• Familiar with spa software
• Handle customers queries and complaints
• Make service calls to regulars for monthly birthday treat
• Serving of beverages to customers
• Handle settlement of the credit card terminals for closing
• End of day reporting to management
Salary: $1800 – $3000
