Sales Admin Executive

We are an Edu Tech company that deals in the development of software and hardware tools for educational products suitable for local market. In response to market development needs, we are looking for a talented individual who shares our vision and values to work together towards a common goal.

Working Model:

To use new media platforms in an innovative way incorporating online and offline activities in order to increase customer’s awareness and boost customer’s experience that would finally  promote product sales.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in handling of business administration and matters relating to customers (e.g. contracts, databases … etc)
• Introduce products to existing customers and provide training for them
• Participate in and organize events to promote new products
•  Expand and manage customer’s contacts and maintain long-term relationship

Qualifications:

• Bilingual in both written and spoken English and Mandarin (in order to liaise with Chinese-speaking customers and colleagues)
• Eloquent with good communication skills. Good-natured, optimistic and patient
• A good team player with self-sacrificing spirit
• Familiar with the use of electronic devises, new media and social media platforms
• Detail-oriented, meticulous and thorough
• Creative and innovative at work and accept challenges
• Friendly, honest, conscientious and able to work under pressure

Salary:

• Basic Pay – $2100-$2800 (negotiable)
• Commission
• Incentive
• Quarterly bonus
• 13th month bonus
