Job Responsibilities:

Review layout of kitchen to ensure all components are correct and all measurements are accurate
Review all job site measurements match sales drawing
Review appliance locations to ensure they will fit and review proper electric, gas and plumbing is in place or planned as part of the project
Review all utility requirements of project including: electrical, plumbing, mechanical and specific code requirements in projects
Check and Draw plumbing, gas and electric line information on cabinet diagrams noting any changes
Review all project paperwork required to order the job and obtain needed signatures from the builder representative for any corrections
Responsible to attend site meetings, site inspection/assessment before and after work commenced
Ensure work is done accordingly as requested by the customer, project manager or contractor and it is to their standards while maintaining in-house standards
Coordinate internal resources and site representative for the flawless execution of Projects
Report and escalate to management as needed
Create and maintain comprehensive site documentation and site update
Work in tight schedule and deadline
Other tasks deemed necessary

Qualifications:

Experience in the cabinet industry, 1-2 years supervising experience in interior works
Preferably 1-4 years Experienced Employees specializing in Engineering – Civil/ Construction/ Structural or equivalent
Education: Diploma in any construction & designing field
Attention to detail and well-organised
Punctuality
Ability to read blueprints and drawings
Basic knowledge in paperwork and computer skills
Fluent in English (Speak, Written, Read)
Possess valid driver’s license, is an advantage
